Torrance Crit

Anyone see who crashed me in the Cat 5 Sunday afternoon? Was having a real good race until about lap 6 maybe when on the stretch between 2 and 3 someone drove through my front wheel and I executed what the first aid guy called " a clasic face plant." Got out of the emergency room about 11 P.M. with a bunch of road rash and a concussion but nothing serious. My helmet is crushed cracked and scraped but did a good job, CT scan was negative. Would like to know if anyone saw who was responsible or if any one fessed up after the race. Doubt it. Any way another valuable lesson learned without too much damage.

There were some juniors in the race and I am pretty sure it was one of them. Guy just cut across my wheel while the pack was driving straight for turn 3. Had time to yell at him once but the second time he made contact I went down, hard.

I doubt that. Juniors that ride up usually have more experence than cat 5's and ride 3/4.
