Write a letter

To the guy who complained about Bill Maher, and to anyone who hates the radio talk hosts who claim that the Tour isn't a real sport, here's my advice:

go to their website, click on "contact us", and write a very civil and thoughtful letter.

I just sent one to a Detroit talk radio station telling them, in a very tactful and diplomatic way, that they're a bit out of touch with their audience. More people in my office follow the Tour now than follow the Detroit Lions.

If you don't write a letter, they'll never know how stupid they sound.

Wayne Fontes recently took a job in the Helvetica office. He's the guy who changes it from 12pt Italic to 14pt Bold.
