Whats even more sad than the rampant drug use is that accusation is equal to conviction. Between the actions of the Tour organizers and outlandish words of Mr Pound, I almost feel sorry for even the guilty cyclists. It's odd that in a country like France that is so pro worker, a rider can be denied his 'right to work' on an accusation. For riders like Basso and Ulrich to be off the bike for what could be over a year with out being found guilty of anything is criminal.
