Weighs 17.1lbs with Bontrager SSR wheels (2200gms), computer, pedals, and loaded saddle bag. RXL's wheelset will be on the bike shortly. It rides great! I dig it lots! With new wheel edition, smaller, lighter saddle bag, and my new pedals, it should be high 15lbs. Current setup is how I do all my group / training rides.

Graphs - looking good.
huh - with the photos of grey/red soloist team bikes going around, I really need to get my self in gear and photograph mine... especially now that the quarq is here and installed.

Found this frame as new old stock for a screaming deal and decided to build it up as my new race steed. It's a little gawdy, but overall I'm digging it so far. Running tubeless for training.

I have barely been racing this year but will be racing this at the state champs next weekend:
Raced this a few times too this year. I suck, it's hard, but it's a ton of fun.

Here is the C-dale of yesterday (dented downtube RIP):
As far as aesthetics go, I prefered the Cannondale. I like clean looking frames with minimal graphics.
I've ridden it twice now, today on the Wed. Swamis hammer ride. I haven't had a chance to sprint or jump really hard on it so I can't comment on that, but all other features of the ride are nearly identical. I do plan on adding a stem that is 10 mm longer in the near future.
One surprising difference is that the Soul turns quite a bit quicker, which was a suprise because the C'dale was already a quick handler.

I love the matte black Cannondales. It was just impossible to find black CAAD 9's in my area last spring so I went with red.
I'm also lusting after the white hood/white saddle combination.

Ya the matte black C'dales (various models) are among the best looking production frames imo.
That r1000 was a caad8. I think I want to hang it on the wall of my parents garage or something it's very clean looking.

What school? A,B,C or D?
I graduated from Humboldt State U. last December and raced WCCC for three seasons. Podium'd at conference RR each time.
Those were the glory days. We would do UCD, Reno, UCSC, Stanford and Berkeley every semester, all expenses paid for (gas, hotel ect...).
Good times.
