My new Team Latitude/ABRT Caad 9. I've put alot of old parts on it and have spent less than 1000 bucks on it total. It's D/A 9sp (the best D/A ever) with D/A calipers and the rest is FSA stuff. I've got a Hollowtech SL BB30 crank on order, so I'm reutilizing an FSA ISIS Pro Team Issue crank.

It's first race will be Carl Dolan 3/4 on the 19th.

Those are Neuvation M28 Aero-3s with the stickers removed. A trueing stand and a tension gauge can make any wheel set ride like a million bucks. I've been riding them for years and have no complaints.

My teammates went with white or blue bar tape. I was the odd man out with orange. It works as our sponsors main color is orange and there is lots of it in the uniform. The tape is Cinelli cork and the color is Conti Orange.

No, I just don't think it's nice to have a laugh at someone else's misfortune, and then insinuate - based on nothing at all - that the misfortune was due to operator error.

I just picked up a set of those M28 Aero-3s and am loving them. I had to take the stickers off as well. What did you use to take the glue from the stickers off if you remember?

^^^

Goo Gone Spray Gel. Spray on, let sit for about 10 min, wipe off with cloth rag. Sometimes the stickers come off without leaving the glue, most times dont.

EE=full power and modulation w/ 1 finger. Only "weenie" brake out there that works as good, if not better, and the *benchmark* DA 78/7900.

My personal fav. brake is SRAM Red. None of the boutique calipers have managed to float my boat yet. I'd like to try the EE set.

Yeah. You have to tighten the **** out of the seat clamp so the seat post doesn't like down on you. I have it way tight and it still slips. So far I've tried a carbon on carbon grease, and no grease at all.

I think bdcheung had them on his CAAD9 and I thought to myself "Man, those look awesome. It's too bad I have a red bike..."
Then I got my black Giant and got them.
But really, for $40 after a discount on PBK, they're dozens of dollars under dealer cost.

that's unreal...
wow sir, that build goes straight to the top of my lust-bikes for 2009 so far.

I am pretty sure judging by the build list, but you are well under UCI weight, aren't you?

Between this and CK's Giant I may just be tempted to go black+green on my next build instead of stealth all-black
