Sorry spoke to soon. Registration open until th 15th. But Cat 3/4 is full.
It's a really hard crit, from what I've heard. Since there is a decent purse, it seems like a lot of the good racers come out to play.
It's NYC, so don't bring your fancy wheels.

If you're concerned about getting hurt in a race, stay at home.

Respect the race, but don't fear it. People like that lock up wheels in corners and cause far more crashes than they would like to think they avoid.

Grant's Tomb isn't a bad race, something like 5 turns, good space, decent roads. I've raced it as a collegiate (B then A) crashes were from dumb riders not the course (I have a great memory of watching a D rider simply turn left in the final sprint and go straight into the curb then lightpost). That said, I've had some impressively physical moments with some NYC roadies in USCF races, but rubbin's racin'. There's a lot more technical/dangerous crits out there.

Yeah, I'll be catching the race also, but not racing it.
Weather looks like it'll be cool, but sunny.
