Virtual Coach/training peaks: setting base/build period
I am fiddling with the virtual coach program to see what kinds of things it comes up with.
I entered a start date of this week and put in a base fitness of "strong", yet the program
still starts me out with a full base schedule.
How can I get it to start with a build phase instead of base?
