we all know that published widths dont mean a damn.

conti is really the only brand that I can think of that runs especially thin. I think you can get some michelins in 700x20.
Thin tires are overrated anyways. I'd just run 23s, it makes life easier.

Don't try any aggressive cornering on narrow tyres... especially on bumpy roads or with other riders around...

You can get Kenda's in 18 width. Please note that I'm not recommending them; but I'm sure they're not the only ones.
