Pretty light. I also hook my thumbs together on smooth roads, and on slightly rough roads I'll move my hands farther out and press against the insides of the hoods. On rough pavement I get pretty much the same gains by wrapping my hands over the hoods. The position is the same but you need to tuck your elbows in for aero.

My main problem with IAB is forearm discomfort. Somebody, I think Doge, posted a photo of somebody stuffing padding into the sleeves of their long sleeved skin suit.
I find it helps somewhat to rotate my thumbs inward so muscle is resting on the bars rather than bone, and to have the hands touching for stability. But before too long I just have to change it up, grab the tops for a short while, etc.

My two cents is that the frame is too small for you. Look at the second to last shot in the link. Look at the guy next to you. His fit is more relaxed and laid out. Yours is too cramped and bunched up. Compare your upper arms. His lean forward a bit and are relaxed. Yours are leaning backward and are tense. You should not have to tilt your saddle at all, and if your nuts are going to sleep, it's not a good fit.
I got fitted back in 2013, and this setup is supposed to have the same reach as my original fit, just much lower handlebars. I'll consult my original fitter to see what she thinks.

It sort of looks like my old position...it might just be the lines of your kit but it looks like you are rolling your lower back? You may be able to push your seat more aft until your back is straight, and then lower it til you don't feel pulling behind your knee. At that point it's experimenting with bar height and stem length. I am all limbs and no torso, so I run a 140 stem and it is quite comfortable. I found raising my bars helped in addition to seat position tweaks, but we're all special snowflakes.

also, i generally wrap my right hand around my bike computer/mount and my left wraps around my right hand. this offers me some stability and a little bit of steering + takes pressure off the forearms.

this from a couple of weeks ago (blk helmet). i'm not sure i'd consider that cramped. i think i look cramped when i bend my elbows 90deg in the drops as i **** bricks holding the wheel in front of me in a strung out field. this doesn't too bad to me. what do u think?

From yesterday, raced in front of the abandoned Michigan Central Station. Fun course, just not a good day for me..at least I got a good picture out of it.

Being dumb and ending up chasing the peloton 15 minutes into a race in a small group leads to some suffer faces. im the left guy.
Credits to Harfoto for taking pictures in the **** weather.

I think you may be too far forward on the bike. KOPS is just a starting point, and you can move forward or back of it as you please, but you kind of look like your knees are way in front of the pedal spindles. Granted, none of the pictures you have provided are great for judging fit.

I grew up in Voorschoten, long time ago, hence I looked to see where it was. I could have ridden my bike to the race, even as a kid.

Voorschoten is indeed close by. Cool to see how people end up on the other side of the world

Sadly I failed to turn on my GoPro; it would'e made for an exciting video but all I have is stories.

Katie Truong took some pics at San Ardo.
Wrong guys up the road, but at least they were disruptive up there, and Sergei was willing to work with us to bring it back and reshuffle. Here we are riding over the Bone-Rattling, Tire-Flatting Bridge of Doom, on which a teammate double flatted his tubulars on the second lap.
Next photo we are chasing the eventual 1st and 2nd place guys. Sergei is just chilling back there with a free ride. You can't tell because I saw the camera, but I'm actually hurting by this point.
