Open pro/Dura Ace/DT Spokes/Zipp 404/PowerTap/Tubular/Clincher/Record/Mike Garcia wheels are the only way to go.

I've read many a post in the road forum that espouses the quality of sora and tiagra components. Check your LBS, find every bike that is equipped with said components, and then empty your wallet - you CAN'T go wrong
