Race Warm-up: Trainer or Rollers?

what're the pros and cons of warming up on a trainer vs. rollers, besides falling off the rollers and looking like a dork.

You also lose intimidation points if you get distracted and fall off your rollers.

I've got my rollers set up so they act like a generator to run the sound system that plays "The Ride of the Valkryies". The faster I go the loader it gets...I don't think I've scared them so much because they think I'm fast but more because they think I'm nuts

I vote for the rollers, I focus much more while I'm on them and it helps me get my head in the game so speak. Besides it's old school cool! Also they fold up and transport easier than my old trainer does anyway.

I like rollers because I find the resistance is easier. Just set them up in between the cars so you have something to put your hands on if you need it.

Rollers in the middle of a field with nothing around you and riding no hands is the ultimate though.

But then again who wants to intimidate the competition, I go for the more looking like I'm going to throw up on my shoe the entire race and then make a move with a little left to go.

I use these rollers for warmup at races. Very easy and quick setup.
