DuraAce Cleats: Red or Yellow?
I use the Yellow (float), but in a effort to gain every last ounce of efficiency out of my stroke... I hear that real men use Red.

No float. Much more positive feel. Wait for all the posts saying you will ruin your knees with no float.

Hmm...lack of comfort and/or knee pain can make you lose efficiency too. But they're cheap, so just give a try and see if it works for you. The plastic is pretty soft, so you can prob file away some bits here and there to make them behave like the yellows if they don't work for you.
