keeping form when you cant ride outside..
other than using an indoor trainer any other things you racers do to keep in shape if its raining for weeks on end.
my weekly mileage keeps dropping and so does my avg speed strength etc. this week it is supposed to have severe storms all week again . its hard to keeep going up and down in my form and i keep missing or doing poorly in races.
what should i do run jog climb hills etc? aerobics?
if you're serious about racing, then you will train in the rain =)
seriously, so long as it's above 50, rain is not so bad. when ur heartrate starts going up ur not going to be cold, and the rain could even feel good.

Race to train
train in the crapy weather, it's not always sunny and dry on race day. If you can ride in the muck and still want to hit it hard then you will have already beat half the field
