So is Simoni going for win #3 or 4? Read on...
Since it looks like last year's #1 and #2 place finishers were doping and are close to a suspension from OP, does that mean they'll give Simoni a win for last year's Giro? If so, he's got three and is going for number 4!

Basso still hasn't admitted to doping, nor has he failed a drug test. As things stand, I don't think the Giro title can be taken from him. When more evidence is presented, this may change.
