Pescadero Road Race

Well registered for it. Missed it last year because I was too late to register. Almost missed it this year also. Only one spot left in Cat5...

Have fun and good luck, guys! I'll see you out there on the course, somewhere...it's my club's race; I volunteered to be a course marshal.

I'm in and so far the only one entered in Cat2.
I'm also the only person entered at Mt. Hamilton, so I doubt that either of these races will get enough riders to qualify for upgrade points

PM, i've heard that mt. hamilton REALLY sucks as the start and finish lines are like 60 miles apart. Is this true?

pretty much. The best way to do it is drive to the finish and park somewhere around there. Get a friend to drive you back to the start. That's what I'm doing for a bunch of teammates that are racing that day. (I'm skipping Mt Hamiltin but doing two crits that weekend)

Definitely want a buddy, GF, BF, or driving cat for Mt. Ham. It's point-to-point and a long way between the points, even the shorter ones that start at Isabella Creek.

I missed it last year b/c reg. filled up fast and I'll miss it this year b/c I will have to cover for someone at work! I'm not too happy about that. I'll be there to clean up after the race though...
I love the course, if you haven't ridden it, you're in for a treat.
