How is my progress?

How is my progress?

This was my power output last year at 78kg (172lbs):
zone1: 100-125
zone2: 126-170
zone3: 171-195
zone4: 196-240
zone5: 241-384
Maximum Steady State (30min max sustained effort) 230-250
After a year of training at 69kg (152lbs)
zone1: 100-160
zone2: 161-190
zone3: 191-220
zone4: 221-260
zone5: 261-416
MSS 250-270.

So basically ~20-25 improvement and 20lbs lighter from a year of structured training.
Values were obtained from a test on some kind of trainer that is designed to hold certain power (so decreases/increases resistance depending on cadence).
