Cycling News Update:
"The fans are already on this climb, which is dotted with TV screens. There are no cars allowed, this means the teams will be using motorbikes! The organizers feared a car stalling on the climb and blocking the road. "
This should be fun to see the Team Directors holding spare wheels on the back seat of a motorbike.

oh this is excellent. My bro happens to have his computer in our TV room, and it just so happens that his video card has an S-video hookup, and it also happens that we've got a 50in TV.
So I'm watching this stage on a giant TV. **** yea!

I think Simoni can win by enough to take the Maglia Rosa today but not enough to cover the TT that's left. It's a 50+ km TT and that's probably worth a 2-3 minute loss to Di Luca, so Simoni would have to beat Di Luca today by 5.5-6.5 minutes and that's very unlikely. I do think he can win by 3-4 minutes though.

The RAI feed was horrendous, but the Gazzetta feed came live for most of the Zoncolan. Saved my day, it did. Di Luca's face looked like it was about to explode as he crossed the finish line.
