Who is racing QS tomorrow? I will be sneaking out during my lunch break for the cat 4 race.

I'm there, 30+ and Cat 3. I've got george foreman like fitness right now, so it might be a rough day.

I'm missing it. My mom's birthday, so I'll be in PA.


If I miss another birthday for a race, she'll kill me.

Thats what happened to me last weekend. I missed out on several races I was looking forward to. It was my moms 60th so I would be dead if I missed it too.

I'm out of town visiting family so I'll be missing it too. Dammit!

Why's RFK on the banned list?

IIRC, because it's racing around the parking lot of RFK stadium, but the real reason is probably because until this year it was always in late august when I'm usually fried on racing.

I may try to walk into the prestigious Cat 5 race at 9:45....

I'm there. might double up but dunno.... been feeling abolutely dead for my commutes/training this week. My 25 mile ride home tonight is going to be a beyotch with this heat. Hard to do active recovery when you're melting like a candle:)
