Hincapie wins SF Grand Prix.

This 5 1/2 hour race was carried from finish to end live on a local San Francisco ABC station. For those who live in SF, or have an illegal satellite set-up, were able to watch this fine event. It was a great race. Lance carried his teammate Hincapie all the way up to the breakaway group about 2:30 ahead. And then absolutely exhausted, retired early. Hincapie went on to win the race with an uphill breakaway on the final lap. He looked like Lance when he went. The two Saturn riders could do nothing but watch him go. Great race.

yes it was a great race...I was standing at the Filmore climb watching this guys suffer up that steep incline.
My roomate got a picture of Hincapie right when he attacked up the climb on the last lap. He just left the Saturn riders in his wake.
