Well, it's been known that Discovery was going to attend for certain, and perhaps even Contador was mentioned. However, after winning the TDF, perhaps he would've been given more flexibility on choosing what races he did/did not want to attend. I'm just speculating here.

At any rate, I think if I was on the team, I'd want to attend their last race.
