Austin is not Texas. I know because I have lived there and I also have spent large chunks of time up in the Panhandle (Canyon, TX to be exact). It is like a different world. I much prefer Austin.

I find it's a great way to burn calories any time of the year.

The Loneliness of the Long Distance Wankr. Most cyclists know it well.

Think of it as cross training boys. Nothing wrong with a little safe sex.

I eat as much Ice cream and beer (sometimes at the same time) as I can, so that way come spring, I have motivation to burn those extra 30lbs I put on.

I wish people would stop posting off season threads when I have 3 more months until my last race of the year.

You should encourage it. The more tired and burned out racers there are, the more of an advantage you have.

Anyone in JP reading this thread? You're feeling tired, you don't want to train any more... (jedi mind trick )

You're getting sleepy... sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... when I snap my fingers you will be in a deep sleep... <snap>

When you move back to the DC area, you will apply to the USACF for something higher than a CAT 5 license and give us weak schmucks a chance.

When I snap my fingers you will awaken only remembering the suggestion upon applying for a license.

<snap>
