Mabra

I know there are lots of Mid-Atlantic racers here on the forums and wonder if I'm the only one who finds the MABRA website both horribly out of date and difficult to navigate? Not only that, it is lacking all sorts of vital information. And what's with the crappy e-mail list instead of some forums?

Anyone know if these sorts of issues have ever been addressed?

On another note, does anyone happen to know when they publish the 2008 season schedule?

Chill out rizz. It's done by volunteers, and that's mostly volunteer (it isnt me, but I know who it is and it's a big time requirement). It cracks me up when people whine about things like this on an anonymous medium like BF as though there were some corporate entity that all they have to do is administer the local district website, schedule, etc.

There is a listserve on googlegroups for MABRA that's used as a communication mechanism and it works quite well.

The MABRA annual meeting is in a couple of weeks, why dont you attend and bring up these issues and have a plan to resolve them?

2008 schedule will be in draft after the annual meeting, it's very much the same from year to year. The past few years are listed on that out of date difficult to navigate MABRA website.

it is kind of weird that they use a listserv instead of messageboard.
