First TT bike

I'm thinking about taking the plunge and getting rid of my clip-ons for an entry level TT bike. I really have no idea what to look for in a TT bike, but here are a couple of options that I would like opinions on.

Bike 1. 07 Fuji Aloha 1.0. New at way below retail.

Bike 2. 07 BMC Time Machine TT03 at the same price. The BMC is lightly used (I know the owner) and I am not even sure that it has ever been raced. The BMC is a 105 build with pretty crappy wheels.

Thoughts?

I bought the TT bike from Bikes Direct. Works great for me.

Both are solid bikes, and I hate to be a broken record, but the one that fits better.

Do what I did: post the question here, get dozens of expert and highly informed opinions, and then do what ever the F you wanted to do in the first place. That worked for me.

Normally I would just skip the posting part, but in this case, I really have no preference and I am too lazy to decide for myself. This way I can blame it on BF if the bike is really slow and I do not get any TT podiums this year.

You have intuitively latched onto another of the keys to Pcad Cycling Zen: keep that Bag of Excuses full at all times. Mine is wide and it is deep. If I can pass the PCZ on to one other cyclist I can die a happy weenie. You're all showing so many signs of grasping this esoteric concept that I feel like I'm saving the world around here sometimes.

Don't worry, that feeling always passes.

Yeah, like, I know I got dropped today, but, like, there are these guys on this internet forum, and they told me my bike would be lighter without any tyres on......

Get the BMC.

(assuming fit is equal)

Inside out sports is blowing out the Cervelo Dual, they alony have a few sizes, but the deal is:

DA10-1,400
Ultegra10-1,250
Ultegra9-999

I bought the Ultegra 9 before they lowered the DA/Ultegra10, now I wish I would have waited. The DA10 has Vision bars, Vista wheels, nothing to upgrade out of the box, add a wheel cover and a new front wheel and you have a pretty good machine for a decent price.
