Cycling has a lot of cool sounds, but what do we have that approaches this...?
You could always get one of these and have her ride on the back. She could tell you how to pedal stronger, faster and smoother!!
How do you spell coxwain?
I find her annoying. Shrug.
"...in Las Vegas where -the electric bills are staggering -the decor hog wild -and the entertainment saccharine -what a golden age -what a time of right and reason -the consumer's king -and unhappiness is treason..."
I did Crew for 2 weeks. It sucks. Although the coxswain is normally a really tiny girl (add that to your visualization)
[QUOTE=celticfrost;5709213]And the men on the ship are called seamen.
FWIW - In the U.S. Navy, Seaman is a "Rate." Rates start with Seaman Recruit, then S Apprentice, and then Seaman. Both men and women can be Seaman. All rates above that are either Petty Officers or Chief Petty Officers. Officers hold ranks from Ensign to Admiral.
Proportionally speaking, there are relatively few Seaman in the U.S. Navy.
p.s. Cool picture!
going real fast with a tailwind so all you can hear are your singing tires and your clean drivetrain.....
wins in my book....
I was in the Navy.
Had a girl named Susan Stane.
We were Seaman at the time.
You do the math.
Edit: maybe you like it a little, "kinkay" ???
The rider in my avatar is David Etxebarria, not me.
OK, maybe she talked a little TOO much, but the subtext was funny. And the emphasis on certain words was pretty cool, especially if you don't watch the video, just listen to the audio.
