That is all.

Wait that's not all. You've heard of 'Fitness Made Simple'?

I view this as 'Fitness Made Unfathomable'. Looking forward to it. Sort of.

Pcad may be a slug in the sprint, but when it comes to eBay sniping, nobody beats him to the line.

Best price at my LBS for the identical item: $2050 + $160+ in NY sales tax. Half price for a wheel/PT that's 2 years old. That works.

WOW - when I ordered my 808 w/powertap from them it cost $1,300. If I wanted to add the electronics it was $350, but I already had all that from another PT I own.

Glad I ordered mine when I did (September)!!!

Put it on the inside of the tire, not the outside. Proof that high FTP and brains do not mix.

Even my lunchtime ride on rollers (snowing today) is fun with a Powertap. Best schwag ever.

Nice deal, I put a bid in on that auction (and feel accomplished for indirectly causing you to spend more).

Have fun with it (or at least posting a lot about it)

Oh yeah, I need your help, I'd be incapable of overspending without you. Actually I'm very happy with the price/value equation on this type of stuff on eBay. Can't beat it.

Do you have to take the valve stem off to get it inside the tire?

How would one thread it through the inside, kind of like a drawstring on some old sweatpants?

I bid on stuff I have no intention of buying, just to jack up the prices. Usually on items I already own but don't want others to own or to get a good deal on.

That's a good deal. I got a pair of dimpled Zipp 404s with the PT SL hub on the rear wheel and all electronics on eBay for $1700 but I think you got the better deal.

When I lived in Denver there used to be stuff to do that was more fun than that. It's really gone downhill.
