Best, probably SRM, with a nod to the PT wireless, and a glimmer of hope for the Quarq.

Looks like it's either the Polar or the Cateye...

I'm leaning toward the Polar. Anyone know if the wireless will carry enough for a rear mount?

Yeah, I must have been. I think her display was flashing "noob alert!"

If that polar works as a rear-mount, I'm in. These things look too complex for cateye instructions

I think the polar gets speed off the front wheel and has another pickup for cad. Better check. I'm after the same set up as you are but with HR. Just haven't had time to search yet.

does the Garmin record speed off the wheel, too? or, is it purely from the GPS?

    Both
Please remember that all statements unless quoted, are strictly my opinion of what happened. That there are as many opinions as there are spectators attending. I just choose to publish mine on this forum. And would NEVER intend to purposely hurt or discredit any other cyclist.... With that said... HTFU!
