Ullrich rode like a maniac in the last half of the TT to come from 18seconds down on David Millar to 6 seconds up.

1. Jan Ullrich GER
2. David Millar GBR +6.30
3. Santiago Botero ESP +11.73
4. Levi Leipheimer USA +24.70
5. Laslo Bodrogi HUN +1:00.37

I think that he might be the first two time TT champ. Maybe Chris Boardman, but I can't remember. Either way, that guy is a machine. He has been winning races left and right this fall. Two major tours, two World TT championships, and an Olympic RR title. He is only 28.
