milwaukee area carpooling
this is very very pre-emptive considering the season doesn't start for awhile, but i'm already nervous about how i'm getting to races. i don't have a car and i'm one of very very few people who actually road race on my team (pegasus). is there any interest in maybe doing carpooling with a little college student this season?
and if anyone else wants to use this thread to set up carpools that would be awesome too!

If anybody is farther north say appleton/oshkosh/fondy and wants to car pool let me know.
Dane/Duke how is the UWM racing team? The way things look I'll be there next year, and I'm looking to do some collegiate racing.

They had three pretty decent to superfast A's men and one A's woman last year. I know at least one guy and the female racer have graduated. Their number one guy is only a junior this year, so he'll be around your freshman year.

Anybody doing the Burnham race on the 6th? Its a little bit of a drive, but it looks like a fun course, and I'd get to race two times.

Genetics have failed me
I think I will be going to Burnham race on the 6th. Men 4/5 and the Citizen/5 race.
Sounds like fun. I know that race track like the back of my hand since I used to race my car during the highspeed autocross events there. Haven't done it in 2 or 3 years tho I miss racing.

I'll be in the 4/5 and the 3/4. It's going to be my friends first race, so it's pretty exciting.

Who's racing in Sheboygan on Saturday?
I'm definitely racing Saturday, with Sunday (Burnham) depending on how Saturday goes.

I might be doing both this weekend.
But I'm coming up from Chicago.
Anyone know if the organizers might turn a blind eye towards a 2 hanging out at the back end of the 3s race? I'm not eligible to recieve prizes or points in the 3s, and I wouldn't interfere, but I've seen some race organizers throw a fit, while some could care less.
My goal is to sit at the back of the 3s, roll around the course a couple of times between races, and get after it in the P/1/2 shortly thereafter. 2.5hr of race miles in the legs, plus some warmup and cooldown time, call 'er a good 3hrs.
