Barloworld = Great Britain?

I thought Barloworld was based out of South Africa, but this VeloNews article seems to indicate they are a British team?

Did they recently move?

they're registered in the UK (one of the main reasons why they got their invite to the Tour last year).

in case you didn't know, Astana is registered in Luxembourg, and now High Horse is registered in the US.

it's just bureaucracy.

I knew about Astana. I figured that was going to happen as soon as it was announced that Bro-Heal was taking over.

Also caught wind of High Road moving to San Luis Obispo(speeling?) since thats supposedly where Stapleton lives.

Tinkoff are Swiss-registered, Italy-based and Russian-sponsored and staffed.

Barloworld is really a Global company, they own most of the VW and I think MBenz dealerships in Australia.
