Joes vs Pros at the Tour of CA TT

You guys gotta check out this video clip

    http://www.testrider.com/fly.aspx?layout=player&video=1

www.testrider.com set-up my teammate w/ a load of goodies to ride the ToC before the pros went off. He's the owner of a local BBQ restaurant in Santa Barbara CA. In years past he would pay to have commercials of his business during the tour, but this year he put the money towards this TT fund raiser. The commentator in the follow vehicle is Dave Letteri, Lance Armstrongs personal mechanic during one of his early TDF wins. I'm the voice in the background in the car yelling encouragement :-)

    Its pretty cool.

BTW, the water bottle behind the seat is actually the lipstick camera battery holder

that was pretty cool. i wouldn't say he's necessarily an average Joe - he seemed to be a pretty strong time trialist.

Lettieri was actually a pretty good rider in his day and managed the Chevy-LA Sherifff's pro team when they used to dominate the domestic scene. When I raced against Lance at the GLMGP in Ojai, Lettieri had accompanied him from Santa Barbara.

Yeah, I was really impressed by that performance. His time he told me beat I think 10 of the pros. I would have liked to see what kind of time Gary could have done though.

That is not only a cool video, but the whole site itself is pretty sweet.
