Then I'll have fall and winter to work myself back into shape, because I guarantee I will be spit out the back faster than ever before if I race when I get back from summer. Maybe less so if I ride a fixie/ss when abroad, and possibly if I run to get up my cardio.

I want to upgrade before I go abroad for the summer!!!
