I attempted to climb Brasstown after riding a 50 mile 4 gap route on Thursday......I didn't make it up but I sure as hell gave it my best shot

garysol1 - way to go on the effort! It is a helluva climb...we walked it.

roq - I was thinking the same thing when taking the shots...As for camera - it's a Canon rebel xt w/ 70-200L glass.

Mostly climbers. That way you stay aero when you unzip the jersey on mountain days.

I've done Brasstown Bald Buster Century twice. Finished 10th and 14th. Walked the wall both times.

The only times I've ridden up weren't after 100 miles.
