Stafford Springs crash
I was really liking this course too. Nice wide open backstretch with a fun little chicane. I was fine until the about 15 laps into it when someone decided that the chicane right-left-right should go right-right-crash. The rider behind them crashed into them and I managed a pretty good endo until the guy behind me crashed into me. Wanted to keep going, but my rear wheel was fubared and then I noticed my knee was about the same. Managed to get a wheel stamp on the back of the knee, a frame stamp on the right side and a chainring stamp on the left side. Figure I might use one of these templates for a new tattoo. Oh well, it was a fun race anyway and I have the next week off from racing.
Looks like a fair amount of people had some spotty weekends. I guess race - ice- race - sleep

oh, and it did seem to be a spotty race weekend from this Bostonian's perspective.

Much agreed. How'd Wells go this weekend? I saw you were there from another post, but not about how you did.
