French Broad: What happened to the Road Race?

This years Broad has no road race, just two crits. Anyone know the scoop on that? I'll probably still go down. The TT is classic and I love that short triangular crit course. Just watch out for the crazed crack meth head lady

Everyone loves bums as course hazards. A couple years ago a friend broke himself up pretty badly when he hit a bum dead on in the Meadowmont Crit
