Poweragent

I have Poweragent installed on my laptop and I have about 3500 miles of data I need to send to my new coach. I tried running the program and it just says that it has stopped working...

So I just need the data to send. I plan to use training peaks this year....my coach is and I will be using Garmin Connect to store the data so for NOW I just need the data in a format I can send to the coach...

Is there a way to copy the data directory...were is the data directory? I would hate to loose that data...

Thanks in advance..

I,m assuming its in a file in the Poweragent program.I know for Cycling Peaks, if you go to your C Drive, then to Programs, then to Cyclingpeaks, then to data, you'll find the files.

My guess is that it's similar for PowerAgent.

There is this directory:

C:\Users\My name\.poweragent\repository

It looks like it contains data files...the big ones have a .data extention

The problem is I tried to move this directory to a XP machine with a fresh install of Poweragent but it didn't work....maybe I will try a Vista machine today...

You might try uninstalling and reinstalling Java on your machine and see if that helps.

Interesting, with a quick check, I don't see the data anywhere. I haven't used PowerAgent in about a year though.

EDIT: yep, c:\users\user_name\.poweragent\repository

you could also try searching for .CSV files. they are the actual daily data files. Thats what I did when I transferred my poweragent data into WKO+. I used an old version of poweragent though.
