Watts Per kg chart?

Does anyone have a link to a chart or spreadsheet that shows what your watts per kg is at a given weight? I guess some kind of matrix with weight down one side and watts across the top?

Watts divided by weight (in pounds) times 2.2 equals watts per kilogram.

Or if you know your weight in kilograms, just divide your watts by that.

I already know the formula, not what I was asking for. And I did try Google with no luck.

I knew that I should've prefaced that I was not looking for the E-wang chart. How does that show what my watts per kg would be for a certain weight?

Do a search in the regular road forum, Vireo modified the E-wang chart somewhere on his website so you could that.

Edit: Found it

https://epictrain.com/files/Epic_power_profile2.xls

If that is in fact what you were looking for.

My watts/kg works out to 3.3 or so, which in the Allen/Coogen book chart is right in the middle of the Cat 4 range. If I trained and trained and trained and trained and starved and starved and starved and starved and lifted and lifted and lifted and lifted, that might go to 3.7 or so, which would still be the middle of the Cat 3 range. The fast guys I race against are certainly over 4. So it's clearly quite pointless. Hey, WTF, I'm 51 friggin years old, I'm faster than a lot of you younger Freds and Road Nazi wannabes, which in and of itself is a Thing of Wonder.

But it's fun trying, isn't it? Besides, my long term goals are to crush as many older idiots like me as possible in the 55+ TTs. Oh yes. They will Rue the Year my racing age hits 55 in 2012. And of course, they can warm up for that by Rueing the Day I get my S2 this January.

This was my first impression, but it seems he is just trying to avoid doing some math.

It took me a minute and a half to create what you are looking for in excel. Look up how to create a multiplication table. It is about as simple as it comes.

didn't look at the vireo chart, but 25 seconds with excel and a monkey with two stumps for hands could put that together for you

[ThreadJack]Attaboy PCad! I am actually looking forward to seeing you on it. I just picked up your teammate's Noah just to see which I like better. I might have to keep both. Let me know when you are riding in Jersey. I woud love to sit on your wheel sometime! [/ThreadJack]

Which team mate? Did Gary get a Noah? Gary has a son named Noah. Will he wake up bleary eyed some March morning and throw the boy in the back of his Subaru instead of the bike?

I will need to toss the boy in Ubu to make all those races, it's true. God that sucks. Side bar rant: I would so rather do two or three races at Bethel at a normal time of the day than do the master's race in the city at the crack of dawn. So being pissed about that, we're going to win all ten of those farking races. Where were we? Oh, Noah....I believe New Matt™ got a new Ridley.
