I just took three days off in a row. It's better for you than training.

Thanks to finals I'm coming up on 11 days off the bike :O, it's painful looking at my CTL. Christmas break will be spent getting things back up to a respectable course.

I wish I could say the same for my GPA...

Though, my plan for riding is the same as yours. I'll be spending a lot of hours on the trainer since I don't know the roads around where I live very well. Plus, riding around in the cold is no fun. I might ride outside if I can find a good group to ride with.

Finals and I'm sick as a dog. I won't be riding until the beginning of January since I'm going home without a bike. I will be xc skiing almost every day though.

It's december, I don't have an even mildly important race until May. Who gives a rats ass if I miss a training day now? I swear some of the people on here would be faster if they trained less.

No, but getting drunk and laid is certainly a good thing.

I did it today. Scheduled a 2 hour tempo ride this morning. When I got up it was foggy, drizzling and just nasty out. I ate a peanut butter sammich and laid back down.

The whole month of November, so 30? With an average IF of around .7

edit: not 30, I took a day off for Thanksgiving

Doubtful as the overwhelming majority of those rides were LSD.
