I posted this link in the Road section but thought it would be more use here, posting it again if anyone missed it. I just happened upon it the other day and thought it pretty cool, especially for the price (i.e. free)...

I did #4 last night on the rollers (15 1 minute on 1 minute off) and my calf cramped at rep 11.
Definitely keeps things interesting, mid way through you lose track of how many are left and the mental torture begins.

Thanks for the videos, I downloaded them last night and brought my computer into the spin room at my gym to do a couple hours of riding. A couple of other people came in and out, one guy who sat behind me thanked me for playing them and asked me where I got it.
