Those are some seriously up-sloping TT bars. And low saddle.
But I assume they know exactly what they're doing.

Is that a wolf or a bear on the steerer tube? It looks like a claw on the fork so I’ll go with bear. I’m not too crazy about the colors but I like bears. Is that a new motif for Trek?

California does have the best state flag, but is that design just for Levi? I haven't seen any of the other Astana TT bikes.

Exactly right.Like univ. of Cal. the golden bears. As for set up. He spent much time in the wind tunnel to hone his TT tuck along with Lance and 'Bert. They didn't come up with this in there... they confirmed that this was the best for him. And as mentioned he took second today to Fabian (its not the bike) Cancellara. So it works.
