Upon further inspection...

After my crash at Pace Bend. Anyone know where to get something like this fixed? The frame is steel if that makes any difference.

Bent steel hosed? C'mon. Go find your local frame builder and have him straighten it out. It's one of those lovely benefits of steel. Don't just take it anywhere though, you need someone who can make sure it truly is straight.

have a frame builder take a look at it... I'm not sure if the frame is worth it, but anything is repairable..

FWIW - That's not how you're supposed to cold set a frame for wider rear spacing.

Start trolling eBay. Those steel Lemond frames pop up regularly, and they're not too expensive.

Give James Flatman of Alchemy Bikes a call, I am sure that he can get a quote of what it would cost to fix that up.

He may be hard to get a hold of these days because he is on his way to the Hand Made Bicycle Show this weekend.

There are several guys in Austin I'm sure - is Skip Hujsak still active? If not, David Cheakas (Southwest Frameworks) in Dallas, or Hans Schneider in Huntsville.

You need a a Park ffs-2

A good bike shop will have one (not to buy) but for them to use.

Quite fixable. Either "good enough" variety, or "good as new" ... depends on your budget.

Heck, that makes it more aero.

As was said, any reputable frame builder should be able to knock that out safely and in no time.

That's it. You'll just have to balance how much it will take to replace the whole frame as opposed to fixing this one (including shipping).

Bummer.

I doubt a tube replacement is required. Just bend it back (using the right tool and an experienced set of hands!)

David at Southwest can probably handle it, and paint it if you want. He doesn't tend to start work until later in the morning, or more like early afternoon, lol.
