First TT win

Well, sort of. I didn't have much competition. It wasn't sanctioned by USA cycling either and was split into age categories. I won 19- 29. Then they had an elite category to for Cat 1's and 2's. I won my category and had the 10th fastest time of the day. I was also the fastest person there without a time trial bike, and none aero Ksyrium wheels too. 18.9 miles in 44:12, average speed 25.7mph. I'm great aren't I

Sounds like you were hauling! 25+ mph on a road bike is serious power. Did you at least have aero bars?

Nice!

If I want to feel like I won something, I usually have to invent an off-the-wall category. Once last year, I had the best time among those with hairy legs.

There were two of us.

I don't use any aero equipment (including bars), but there are usually a few others with non-aero setups who still kick my arse.

Holy sh*t that's fast (especially for a road bike)! Have you done a lot of other races?

A win is a win. And that is a fast ride on a road bike. Congrats.

Incorrect.

If you are not first, you are DFL + x, where x = the number of Road Nazis who are, astonishingly enough, even slower than you are.

Save the Vince Lombardi crap for somebody who actually gives a **** Mr. Velo Hardass.
