In retrospect, I must retract my earlier statement. The hardest working man in bike racing is actually gsteinb.

Wasn't there a tweet about Lance and his "training rides" in Hawaii? Keep it below 315W for the 4 hour training ride? WTF?

Do they twitter about their bowel movements and stuff? That would be kind of interesting...

tweet tweet: I just took the hugest dump. I swear it was bigger than a baby

tweet tweet tweet: I totally just rubbed one out. Dunno if that was a good idea. I read on BF that sort of thing may effect performance.

I photographed the Twitter dudes a few weeks ago and they were VERY in the moment. I really wanted to tell them to take the first offer and have a great life. I swear that I shot in their space before the dot.bomb and there were a couple of other paper lions that thought it would never end.....

Twitter is this years Tamagotchi/Urban Sombrero/gimmick. Pointless noise.

When Google first started, were they making any money? (the question is not "did they have a plan on how to make money?")

What about Facebook?

MY point is that 3.87 W/kg for 6 hours is ******** RIDICULOUS. Also, there's no question he puts out more power overall than his protected teammates. Cavendish, for example, or Contador on his team, produce significantly less watts than their domestiques over the course of the race.

The average or normalized power or whatever is just fine for a PRO.

What made George's ride in the stage impressive was the speed of his leadout to close down Bennati's move and deliver Cav for a chance to win his man cards back from Farrar.
