Congrats, PSI. (I got promoted here a year and a half ago, and the jury is still out on whether it's been a good thing. Peter Principle and all.)

I wasn't around at the time of timmyquest, but tspek seemed like an alright guy. Never did anything out of the ordinary around here. He was a lot less of an offensive poster than some other people who are not currently banned.

timmyquest was pretty obnoxious, but tspek toned it down.

I don't think the mods will reverse course based just on popular opinion.

TQ made his bed, let him sleep in it..

I didn't think he was bad at all, but the mods must've had some reason. Given his history, is this really that surprising?

Dunno why I posted that.

Yeah, no issues with tspek in the 33, but a little too far with some behind-the-scenes stuff in the 41. The next sock will probably be one more step toward maturity and maybe stay under the radar.

We'll have to keep our eyes on any new members with "my first race as a 4" reports

I am against the ban, and have made my feelings known to the admins. They haven't ever changed their minds based on my opinions in the past though.

I would not have supported the original ban anyway.

Like I said a few posts back, I saw nothing from him that was worse than what comes from other members. (you know who I'm talking about)

And isn't he soon to be a 3?

Since it is common knowledge that a poster *cough*botto*cough* can be banned from one forum *cough*foo*cough*, why can't someone who has issues in the 41 only be banned from the 41 only?

I was going to suggest he be banned only from the 41 (or maybe banned from every forum besides the 33), but I wasn't sure it was possible.

Yeah, and like I said a few posts back, it was behind the scenes -- you wouldn't have seen it.

Oh man, I'm sorry I started this **** storm...

I should have just pmed him...

I'd thought that they were the same, but TQ was long gone and Tspek was cool. Let him back in! He races, he rides, he does well, and he actually posts useful crap on here...
