my bespoke wardrobe hasn't fit for over a year now... and I hope to never get there again - so what is a man with taste to do with nice garments?
I haven't had the heart to take them to a consignment store yet, but I know I won't be back to that weight/size....

so frustrating.

what are your plans for your pieces?

Had plans to do an early ride. Woke up at 4 during a cat fight outside my window. Then a breeze carried that annoying male cat scent directly into my room. Couldn't get back to sleep with all the images of killing cats running through my head. I'll ride, but not the planned course.

Almost won my 1st race.... guy in front pulled out a cleat and veered across the road twice causing me to stop pedaling...

Looked at the data: new 5' PB and new 20' PB of 381W and 315W... dunno if this is training material or twitter material, but im happy and super tired now.

How much (USD) can I expect to pay over there? Suit + 3 shirts? Currently debating Thailand v. Hong Kong for custom tailoring....

Classic Giro stage moment: Vinokourov leading Evens up the muddy climb, V looking like he's dying, looks back at a calm Evans, who calmly accelerates and passes him.

"The Lord Giveth. The Lord Taketh away.

I got my Scott Addict back yesterday afternoon. But I chose to ride the Fuji SL-1 today just because it's been a while since I was on the Scott and I was going for 5 hours today. 4 hours into the hot as heck ride my front derailleur broke. I mean broke. The chain could only stay on the small ring. I was dying out there holding on to the pace. ~5hrs, ~100miles in the hot southern sun. I think I lost 7 pounds - seriously.

Tomorrow I will be on the Scott for either a long, solo ride or a couple of sessions on the trainer.

My cat regurgitated a snack from 2 days ago as I awoke to a floor splattered with some blood, a tail and mouse bit. I'm glad that he knew to that on the floor. Good boy G!

I need to sell my cross bike to fund some furniture and a build of a more commute worthy and grocery getter. Probably getting a cheap BD single speed.

Also debating whether to sell my soul 4.0's or the neuvations or possibly just keep them both. Hm...

Dude cross bikes can make awesome grocery getters! Does it have fender/rack eyelets? Just take some of the nicer parts off, chuck full fenders and a rack on, and you're set.

Here's mine (sorry about the crappy cell phone photo) :

Caad 3 cross frame, old shimano 8 speed crap, fenders, rack, Ortlieb panniers (they are effing awesome, waterproof + huge volume), some 28c touring tires, magicshine light, bolt on front wheel, single 48t chainring. Perfect commuter setup. Still nice and fast, but I can haul quite a bit.
