My coach is awesome. She usually rides with her athletes regularly, or in the fall and winter does weekly skills clinics, but since it's gross out she's doing a 'How to break down and pack your bike for travel' session at her apartment tonight. I was told there would be snacks.

My roommate literally sleeps in his bed all time constantly snoozing his alarm. If I have to hear that thing go off one more time I'm going to smash it.

feeling like crap. This weekend is shaping up to be a nice weekend for sailing though. Decent temperatures, 10-15mph winds.

Work on the boat and car on Friday (ordered new traveler and mainsheet lines, plus a new mainsheet block), get the trailer registered, and then go sailing Saturday and Sunday.

Just two more days of work.

Sounds like what I had the other night. Mine was over in a blink though.

Rode the TT bike again today. Felt like a bike rider at least. VOS this weekend. Ballers galore in the 40+. On the plus side my new Garmin HR strap arrived and that's working so I'll get good info when I crack.

So Psimet's apparently in the Duh visiting Ricky Rat. One of the hillier (yes, I'm serious, quit your laughing) road races is on Saturday and we're over on the FB trying to convince him to man up and come play. We're even working out a deal to get him a bike, etc..

If you're FB friends with him, tell him to nut up.

Ever see the "Doctor G" show where the girl died from black esophagus? A lot of drinking and coking.

Tweakers too. And they're skinny. Unfortunately, my theory doesn't seem to account for the English, who all have bad teeth but many seem to be quite fat.
