WKO issues
Ok, so I'm trying out WKO+.
I downloaded all my raw data in and I can look at each file individually. How do I get it to make the "last 28 days" charts? Here's a pic of my problem.

Genetics have failed me
Dude, you need to save all your workouts first. So close the application, make sure you say "yes" to save all unsaved data and reopen it.

Don't worry, once it took me 5 minutes to figure out why my new PR values weren't showing up in WKO+.
The date on the file was wrong.

Yeah it's really motivating to keep those CTL and ATL lines moving upwards. Then associating how you feel to what the TSB is doing is really cool too.
Of course now life is interfering with riding for the next 3 days so it's getting to be a bit of a downer.
The thing I like most is the brutal honesty of the whole process, no more fooling yourself into thinking you're fast or slow or have a good sprint or whatever.
