"Showergate" revisited

According to Chris Horner (via twitter), anti-doping testers have to wait 2 hours following training before they can collect a sample*. How does this information affect your views on the Armstrong incident?

*@hornerakg took the control officers with me to Chipolte for dinner. Cause they have to wait 2 hours after training for Blood.

I always said it was a witch hunt.
That's my answer and I'm unabashedly sticking to it.

Wonder where Horner got that? According to WADA rule D.4.5, the athlete must be given 10 minutes to relax before a blood sample is taken.

The fact that Lance has been tested 24 times now out of competition is ********, but I don't think he's clean. Levi was tested by two different agencies the other day.
