Give it up for the ladies

This year our team has really put forth an effort to develop a great woman's squad.
Some of these ladies have families, jobs, and do other things as well. I don't think we give them enough credit considering all that they do.

Girl on the Pinarello could be Lisa Loeb on a bike if you glance at her.

Awesome though- hope someday I'm sweet enough to be on a team... still a looooooong way off from that, however

I'll now venture back into Road Cycling.

Correct. I'm still new. I haven't ridden more than 35 miles at one time, and haven't gone faster than 25mph. Working on it, but unless a team needs someone to join to make them feel better about their own performance, I'm just going to keep volunteering at the beer tents and riding my little heart out till I can play with the big girls.

sub - send them up here for mem. day weekend to race against the aussie national team!

that's nice that your team is promoting women's racing. honestly, if it were up to me, I wouldnt have a single womens field at the race our team promotes. we have wait lists of 50 deep for cat 4, 40+ for cat 5, and 20 for cat 3, with a total of 11 women pre-registered.
