TT Tomorrow
So, I have been sick all week. Have not touched the bike since last Friday, where I did some hard hill repeats. I am feeling better today, but still a bit of a headache and sinus pressure. Cough is gone. I have a 33km time trial tomorrow that I have already registered for. What should I do?
A. Do a light spin on the trainer tonight to wake up the legs, and race the TT.
B. Do nothing tonight and continue to recover, and race the TT.
C. Scrap the TT, and lose the entry fee.
D. Other.

I do better after some hard back to back days. So I personally would ride about an hour and throw some TT efforts in, then do the TT. Depends on how bad you feel and how bad you want to race I guess.

Ride for an hour. Do 10 minutes at LT. The effort will open you up for tomorrow. And if you don't tolerate it well, bag the TT, and focus on recovering, not digging a deeper hole.
