Through me some recomindations here. I usually choose Mexican. 69 mile RR tommorrow at 11am.

I read an article a year or so ago that suggested that guys not have sex.. or "release" if you know what i'm saying.....before a race... if i remember right it said something about a huge loss of testosterone (or some sort of manly chemical) would actually diminish your race performance and it wasn't recommended.. now if it's true i don't know.. just saying that that's what i read... and for some reason i'm remembering that they said it was good if the woman was "stimulated"... before her races..

I ate Mexican food 5x a week, or more, last summer. Cracked 5w/kg at threshold. The thick yet smooth salsa was key. I'd down that stuff straight out of the bowl. Rocket fuel.
